This GRIPNR Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the types of information GRIPNR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“[Company]” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from you (“you”), that you may provide to us when you use services, products or websites, including GRIPNR.com, The Glimmering, the Bastard Baboons, and other blockchain-based applications as well as non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) which we may make available (the “Website”). This Policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information. This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or by any third-party that may be accessible or linked to or from the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not use the Website or provide any information to us. This Policy may change from time to time and we will post such changes on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any revisions we make to this Policy are posted on the Website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to those changes, so please check the Website periodically for updates.

We may not change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits California residents who use our Website or Services to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We are not responsible for failure or circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we may have in place to protect your Personal Information.
9. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
The Website are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Website, the Services, or provide any information to Company through the Website. If we learn that Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 is collected, we will delete that information from our systems.
